This course teaches participants how to incorporate TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise as part of individualized or group therapy, post-rehabilitation, prevention, and fitness programs.
- SGT: TRX TEAM® Blocks Course
This Level 2 courses teaches participants to effectively lead TRX TEAM Blocks small group training workouts.
Living for activity is something I've always grown up with. Life is better when you can get out and play. I started coaching endurance sports athletes in 2008 and brought in a lot of athletic training and functional training into their regimen with great results.
