Introductory 8-hour course teaches the fundamentals of Suspension Training and how to incorporate them into your personal training practice.

About Me

Utilizing the TRX brings the core to the forefront of my clients' training. Mixing in martial arts conditioning and weight lifting is big in my routines for balance, stability, toning, and strengthening. I have been working with the TRX for 2 years (CPT for 4) and am continually learning new exercises to protect your back and core while strengthening all parts of the body. Certified with NASM as a Personal Trainer and Womens Fitness Specialist. AFAA Group Exercise instructor as well!
