Introductory 8-hour course teaches the fundamentals of Suspension Training and how to incorporate them into your personal training practice.
I am a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (MMACS) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I apply the latest evidence-based practices in sports physiology to train clients one-on-one and teach boot camp classes for military, police, fire, and emergency professionals. My training philosophy is based on #1 safety, #2 efficiency, and #3 fun.
