- STC: TRX® Suspension Training® Course
Introductory 8-hour course teaches the fundamentals of Suspension Training and how to incorporate them into your personal training practice.
- SMTC: TRX® Sports Medicine Suspension Training® Course
This course teaches participants how to incorporate TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise as part of individualized or group therapy, post-rehabilitation, prevention, and fitness programs.
- RTC: TRX® Rip® Training Course
This eight-hour course teaches Rip Training fundamentals and beyond.
Jason Blake attended East Carolina University from 1996-2000 and graduated with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Activity and Fitness. He started his professional career in 2000 as an Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness for the VCU Siegel Center in Richmond, VA and in 2002 he earned an M.S. degree in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University with an emphasis in Sport Management. He is an ACSM-CPT, AFFA-CPT, AFPA-CPT and Nutrition Consultant.
