About Me

When I got in to fitness professionally I lost 100 pounds in 5 months. I lowered my cholesterol over 200 points and brought my blood pressure down to a low risk level. I didn't get in to fitness to look good on the beach or flex muscles in the gym, I learned that the true definition of fitness is an internal feeling as well as having my body run at optimal performance.
