Specialisations: * TRX Training: core stability - strenght - flexibility - mobility. * Kettlebell Training (PKB): beginners and advanced levels. * Functional Training: movement-based ciruit workouts for individuals, small and large groups, using a variety of training modalities. Large experience in coaching and evaluation.
