The TRX Training Center is not your average gym. We train you like athletes, pushing your limits and challenging you to “the core”. We are committed to helping our members achieve peak physical condition. We do this by giving you an exceptional training environment, a team of best in class coaches and teachers, and using cutting edge TRX focused training programs. TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Rip Training

Originally created to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists, Rip Training variable resistance exercise is a multi-faceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Equally adept as a rehab tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool, the Rip Trainer is an exceptionally versatile tool for elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and beginners alike.

TRX Team

A progressive, fun and effective functional training boot camp style program designed specifically for small groups, accommodating any fitness level and any goal. Whether you want to you lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve your endurance, or just move better in life, you will benefit from the hands-on expertise of a certified TEAM Coach and the support of a team of members who are sharing the experience with you for the duration of your training camp.
