About Facility

A former Stay-at-Home Mom whose kids grew up and went off to school. I needed something to do! After helping a group of my couch-loving friends train for their 1st Tough Mudder I found a new love…inspiring people to workout! In April 2013, I passed my certified personal training exam with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have since added Youth Exercise Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist certifications from NASM. I am also a qualified TRX instructor as well as a certified PiYO instructor. I love early morning (5:30am) workouts! Join me for a class or some one-on-one training. My clients range from ages 8 to 55+.

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

TRX Team

A progressive, fun and effective functional training boot camp style program designed specifically for small groups, accommodating any fitness level and any goal. Whether you want to you lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve your endurance, or just move better in life, you will benefit from the hands-on expertise of a certified TEAM Coach and the support of a team of members who are sharing the experience with you for the duration of your training camp.
