Time For Yourself is a Personal and Small Group training center using functional equipment to help you reach your goals. Sandy Stevens has a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is currently working on her Master’s in Sports Nutrition. TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
