About Facility

Andrea Cousins, possesses nine years of teaching experience and certifications in a variety of fitness disciplines. In 2008, Cousins completed the prestigious full certification with STOTT PILATES®, now Merrithew Health and Fitness. This includes advanced Matwork, Reformer and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, plus functional anatomy. Certifications in TRX Group class, TRX Sports Medicine, Barre Amped and C.O.R.E. round out her areas of expertise. She enjoys attending workshops around the country to continue learning from the best in the industry. Andrea’s clients range in age from 13 to 85 with a variety of abilities and needs. Physical needs she has worked with include whiplash injuries, hip and knee replacements, Multiple Sclerosis, marathon runners, dancers, pregnancies and postpartum fitness. Andrea’s personalized programs coupled with her energy and passion in the studio are a source of inspiration for her clients.

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

TRX Team

A progressive, fun and effective functional training boot camp style program designed specifically for small groups, accommodating any fitness level and any goal. Whether you want to you lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve your endurance, or just move better in life, you will benefit from the hands-on expertise of a certified TEAM Coach and the support of a team of members who are sharing the experience with you for the duration of your training camp.
