About Facility

Fitness in Motion is a new facility in Vegas with two very experienced trainers. We pride ourselves in being able to tailor your workouts to fit your needs whether you are in a one-on-one session or in one of our TRX bootcamps. We were both collegiate athletes, we see the potential in every person that walks into our gym and we want to bring out the best in you. Whether you want to lose weight, add muscle, or become more explosive for your sport we will put you through dynamic, high intensity (HIIT) workouts that will help you achieve your specific goal. They are never the same, they will challenge you, and they will ultimately change your body faster than you thought possible. With our 20 foot TRX rack (with monkey bars!), trx and rip trainers, battle ropes, kettlebells, and 250 pound tires, you will be sure to get a workout that will be different from any other trainer you have trained with.

Rip Training

Originally created to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists, Rip Training variable resistance exercise is a multi-faceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Equally adept as a rehab tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool, the Rip Trainer is an exceptionally versatile tool for elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and beginners alike.

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
