At Excel Fitness we strive to provide you with the best in Personal Training. It all starts with our complete Fitness and Health Evaluation. From there, we create a baseline of where you are: from your physical function (range of motion, heart lung ratios, etc.) to your physical ability (muscle, skeletal performance such posture, balance, etc...). We thendesign/pre-plan your workouts, so when you arrive, you can work out in organized goal-setting manner. We have no clocks to worry about the time because it is all about doing the workout. We have no mirrors, so you can learn better body awareness.
