About Facility

BodyWise Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym. Our 16,000 square foot facility includes: group fitness studio, small group training/TRX studio, indoor cycle studio, Pilates reformer deck, weight room including a functional fitness and body weight training playground, cardio equipment throughout and full service locker rooms. We aim to fulfill members’ wellness goals with our inspirational fitness programs, experienced staff, and nurturing environment. No matter what your wellness goal is, we have programs and equipment to help you reach it. Our Small Group Training Program bridges the gap between large group fitness classes and personal training. These classes include TRX Training, Pilates Group Reformer and BootCamp classes. Our Group Fitness Program includes over 15 class formats including: BODYCOMBAT, Yoga, Zumba, Definition, Core Fusion, Burn & Tone and more! We also offer a range of specialty services, like personal training, massage and nutrition counseling.

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Rip Training

Originally created to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists, Rip Training variable resistance exercise is a multi-faceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Equally adept as a rehab tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool, the Rip Trainer is an exceptionally versatile tool for elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and beginners alike.

TRX Team

A progressive, fun and effective functional training boot camp style program designed specifically for small groups, accommodating any fitness level and any goal. Whether you want to you lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve your endurance, or just move better in life, you will benefit from the hands-on expertise of a certified TEAM Coach and the support of a team of members who are sharing the experience with you for the duration of your training camp.
