About Facility

We're a South Bay center for recreation and culture, and we're open to all faiths. For a tour and guest pass, contact us at membership@svjcc.org or 408.356.4973. Our team of certified wellness professionals will guide you to achieve the results you want in a comfortable atmosphere. You'll find our 20,000 square foot fitness center filled with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights, selectorized weight machines, and a variety of functional fitness equipment. Other amenities include an aquatics center with heated swimming pool, tennis center, basketball gymnasium, Pilates studio with reformers, towers & chairs, and locker rooms with towel service. We offer more than 70 group fitness classes weekly, as well as personal training and therapeutic massage. TRX TEAM Blocks classes offered daily at convenient times, in various formats for small groups of up to 8 people. TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
